Recipe Exchange | Fall 2020

Recipe Exchange Final Report

One of my earliest projects in UX Design, Recipe Exchange is an application created for my User Interaction Design class I took in Fall 2020 at James Madison University. My partner Jess Baumann and I created the application for college students to share recipes with little cooking knowledge based on food items they may already have at home. While the prototype itself was only developed to very early stages because of constraints due to COVID-19 at JMU and the short nature of the class, it allowed me to gain experience using various user research techniques, such as card sorting, personas, scenarios, storyboards, paper prototypes, and user testing. You can find the final report here, as well as some of the resources used to create the prototype, which was made using Axure RP.
