A senior capstone project completed for JMU professor Dr. Michel Mitri, where 6 teams competed to improve the interface of an AWS-based text analyzer algorithm. The team placed in the top 3 and presented findings to a panel of judges.
Redesign & Challenges
The project brought together front-end and back-end developers from the Interactive Design and Computer Information Systems programs. Major challenges included integrating Bootstrap 5 styles with existing back-end code and coordinating cross-disciplinary teamwork across a large-scale initiative.
My Role
Led logo design, color scheme development, and user testing. Responsible for Adobe XD prototyping and HTML/CSS coding using Bootstrap 5.
